Four diverse countries; one hundred respected global Leaders; all coming together for a business summit with a promising networking opportunity of the kind not seen before in the emerald isle!

The SIAS Partnership Summit and Achievers Awards will be inaugurated by the Hon. Prime Minister of Sri Lanka and will offer an invaluable opportunity for the international and local governments and businesses to integrate as Sri Lanka looks for business partnerships in its quest to build a new post-war country. The Global board of SIAS Partnership Summit has conferred 79 Awards on Leaders drawn from the four partnering nations for noteworthy contributions made to their respective organizations, countries and the world at large through innovation and entrepreneurship.

The landmark summit is held in collaboration with OLAK Group, an International Education hub; Intercontinental Institute of Human Resource Management (IIHRM) and the Centre for the Change Management, USA along with the World HRD Congress and Fun & Joy at work.

Celebrating Outstanding Human Achievement

 Since 2009, Sri Lankan government and businesses have been aggressively engaged in opportunities to integrate the international business community with the corporate sector in its quest to build a new post-war country - the birth of SIAS Partnership summit & the Investment promotion and knowledge share Symposium in Sri Lanka is a timely welcome boost towards complimenting this endeavor, in line with His Excellency President Mahinda Rajapakse’s stated vision in ‘Mahinda Chinthanaya’.

Probably as the very first Awards Ceremony held in the Country honoring the recipients of the international community drawn from India, South Africa, and Singapore, our Symposium reflects the unique friendship, support and respect the three countries enjoys with Sri Lanka. My Co-Chairman Dr. Raju Bhatia – whose vision has supported us in creating the SIAS Partnership summit, the Investor networking forum & the Knowledge share Symposium which enabled us in giving birth to such historic inaugural event in Sri Lanka on 5th Dec 2010 must be stated with gratitude. It is my pleasure to assist in organizing this National event to celebrate the remarkable contributions made by Business Leaders and Achievers’ of our four Nations.

I extend my sincerest thanks to the Hon. Prime Minister and his office, Hon. Minister of Media and Information, our many supporters, including our Planning and Communications Committee, representatives from OLAK Group, IIHRM, Fun & Joy at work and Victory, and other volunteers, for helping to make this event possible.
